A W9 form must be filled out by every driver before they race at Rapid Speedway. All USRA classes must also have have their USRA license and you can find a link to that application in the USRA section on this page.

There are two forms below in which you must download both forms and get one of them notarized in order to be allowed in the pits as a minor at Rapid Speedway. Pit Stalls can be bought online by going to rockrapidsspeedway.com/shopping They will be on sale until 5:00 PM on April 29, 2023. Any stalls not sold by then will be left open for the entire season.
